Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee

Challenge:
The Big Payback is the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee's annual 24 hour day of fundraising - online and offline - for more than 800 nonprofits. The goal each year is to amplify the giving efforts as well as bring more attention to more than 800 nonprofits who do great work in the community.

Solutions:
To provide a high energy social media reporting team that served as real-time engagement and interaction as the day kicked off, keeping individual donors apprised of the day’s activities with more than 12 hours of updates using CFMT’s Facebook Live and participating in a variety of events around the city.

Result:
We produced more than 10 videos, with hundreds of viewers, including behind the scenes and interviews that encouraged giving. The Big Payback raised more than $2.6 million dollars for area nonprofits 2016 and 2017.
